2 Ingredient Nutrient Dense Wraps

It’s tough out there in the gluten-free wrap world 😆 they’re either expensive or rip 🤦♀️ if you’ve ever had Egglife wraps, these are sort of like those! They’re pliable, only take a couple minutes to make, & been be used for sandwich wraps, breakfast wraps, pinwheels, whatever you want! I’ve been having them sooo much lol

With 12g protein alone, these can make a great high protein breaky, lunch, or snack - especially if you load them up with all the goods! I left the recipe, seasoning suggestions, my fave ways to eat them, etc., all on the blog post!

2 eggs

1 cup packed spinach

seasonings of choice (I did salt, pepper, garlic powder, & a little nutritional yeast)

Note: use the baking method if you don’t have a good non stick pan. Just slowly pour the batter onto a parchment lined baking sheet to form a circle (grease the parchment paper as well). Bake at 350 for 8 mins. Let them cool until they’re no longer wet. Then use!

Blend until smooth. Be sure to use a non-stick pan (I have my fave linked in my bio!). Pour the batter into the pan (can make 1 large or 2 small). Let cook 3-4 mins until it’s cooked on the bottom. Then carefully flip. Cook another 4 mins or so until cooked through. Let cool for a minute then stuff! You can also pop the wrap into the air fryer or toaster to toast it up a little!
