2 tsp granulated sugar

5-7 mint leaves

2 lime wedges

2-3 large strawberries, cut

club soda to top

Postup

In a shaker combine sugar, mint, lime, and strawberries. Muddle thoroughly.

Add ice and gin, shake very well.

Strain into ice-filled Collins or highball.

Top with club soda.
