Say “yum” If You Would Eat These High Protein Cottage Cheese

1/2 cup cottage cheese, blended
1/2 cup Parmesan, grated
Optional:
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
How to make it:

Preheat your oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients & spread thinly into two circles on a parchment lined sheet.
Bake for 20 mins, take them out, let it cool, add your favorite fillings & enjoy!
Pro tip: Mixing the mozzarella in will ensure the taco shells hold properly 👍
