Stuffed Italian Sausage

Italian Sausage (Mild or Hot)

Cream cheese

Dan O Spicy seasoning

Worcestershire sauce

4 cheese blend or mild cheddar

Onions

Green Peppers

Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Creole seasoning

Instruktioner

For Italian Sausage:

(On a baking pan)

1. Cut them down the middle to create a boat, Splash Worcestershire sauce about 7-8 drops, sprinkle some Dan O seasoning (about 1/4 teaspoon), cut the cream cheese block (I was able to get 8 slices in a block), then stuffed the boat with 4 cheese blend. The jalepeno is an option if you want to add it.

2. For onions and green pepper, cut them in slices about 1/4 inch wide, season with olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, then creole seasoning. Careful not to put too much olive oil because the Italian sausage will produce oil to cook the veggies as well. Once this is done put it around the Italian sausage boats you created.

3. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes, pull out to add more cheese on your boat, then broil for 2 mins max.
