Honey Sriracha Sauce

2 Tablespoons unsalted butter [Kerrygold]
1 Tablespoon minced ginger
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
4 Tablespoons honey
6 Tablespoons sriracha
1 Tablespoon lime juice [prefer fresh squeezed]
Instruktioner
In a small sauce pan, add butter and melt on medium heat. Once melted, add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant [about one minute].
Add in paprika, cloves, honey, sriracha, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
[Serve over Baked Chicken Wings.]
