Korean Chilli Miso Chicken

Ingredienser

  • 6 chicken thighs with skin and bones

  • 1 tbps gochujang

  • 1 tbps miso/doenjang paste

  • 6 gloves garlic minced

  • 1 tbps dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp mirin

  • 1 tbps sesame oil

  • 1 tbps soy

  • Mango

  • 1tbps crispy Chilli oil

Instruktioner

  1. Mixed all ingredients together except Mango and chilli oil

  2. Leave chicken to marinate. Overnight is ideal

  3. Roast for 20mins at 200c or until inside reach 74 degrees c

  4. Cut up Mango and add chilli oil

  5. Serve with rice and roasted veg
