Vegan Icing

Ingredienser

1 cup palm oil / coconut shortening

1 cup vegan butter

4 to 6 cups vegan powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1-2 Tablespoons non-dairy milk

Instruktioner

Cream butter and shortening on medium-high speed until whipped (about 5 minutes).

Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time on low speed until incorporated.

Whip until desired consistency.

Add vanilla, mix until incorporated.

Anteckningar

Milk added during final mix to achieve creaminess. Not entirely necessary. A little goes a long way.
