Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

Ingredienser

4 cups Heavy Cream

1 1/2 cups Sugar

2 tablespoons Pure Vanilla Extract

2 cups Half and half

20 Oreo cookies broken into small pieces

Pinch of salt

Instruktioner

1. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients, except cookies. Transfer to an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions

2. Half way thru the mixing cycle add cookie pieces in and make sure they are mixed through out.
