Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 1/2 pounds fresh brussels sprouts
3 Tablespoons avocado oil [separated]
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
Instruktioner
Preheat oven to 415 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Cut the bottom off of sprouts and quarter.
Throw sprouts onto baking sheet.
Use 1 1/2 Tablespoons of oil, salt, and pepper and put on top of sprouts. Use your hands to coat the sprouts so the oil, salt, and pepper are evened out.
Place baking sheet in oven and roast for 10 minutes.
Pull baking sheet out. Use spatula to flip sprouts over. Throw pan back into oven.
Roast for 10 more minutes.
Pull pan out and pour sprouts into a medium bowl.
Add the remainder of oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey to bowl. Mix the sprouts to coat.
Serve it up.
