GREEN GODDESS Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredienser

Ingredients:

1.5 cup spinach

1/2 cup basil

1/4 cup parsley

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp garlic powder

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 lemon juice

1 tsp dijon mustard

3 cups rotisserie chicken

10-12 butter lettuce leaves

2 avocados sliced thin or mashed olive oil to drizzle (optional) spicy flaky salt to garnish (optional)

Instruktioner

-Add everything but the chicken to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. -Add chicken and green goddess dressing to a large bowl. Mix well. -Separate butter lettuce leave and fill with avocado and an about a ¼ cup chicken salad. #highprotein #lowcarb #easyrecipe #greengoddessdressing
