Pork BBQ Spare Ribs

one rack spare or baby back ribs
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
1/3 cup water

Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Season meat to taste. I used salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, paprike, and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with oregano.
In a separate bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, honey, barbecue sauce, and water. Whisk.
Place meat in aluminum foil. Pour marinade liquid over meat. Loosely secure foil around meat so that no liquid can escape, but the meat has room to breathe.
Bake for 3 1/2 hours.
Pull meat from oven and remove foil covering. Liberally brush on barbecue sauce.
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Replace meat, uncovered, and cook for 10 minutes.
