Pie Crust Recipe

MIX:

766 grams all purpose flour (6 cups)

2 teaspoon salt

BLEND IN:

1 lb. butter, SOFTENED

ADD:

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups water

Instruktioner

1. Mix flour and salt.

2. Use a pastry cutter to blend in butter until mixture is uniformly crumbly.

3. Add water a little at a time and mix until mixture forms a ball. Add water as necessary to get correct texture.

4. Weigh dough then divide by 6 . Form balls and flatten to freeze. Then seal a meal.
