Consider Me Obsessed!!! These Easy Air Fryer Fish Tacos with

Ingredienser

RECIPE (gluten free, dairy free):

1 lb white fish (i usually use pollock)

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

salt + pepper + cayenne to taste

oil or cooking spray

for the cilantro lime slaw:

3 cups shredded cabbage (or use a bagged coleslaw mix)

1/3 cup chopped cilantro

1/3 cup chopped red onion or shallot

juice from 1/2-1 lime (i prefer it really citrusy so i use a full lime!)

2 tbsp mayo (or try greek yogurt)

squirt of sriracha

salt to taste

to serve:

almond flour or corn tortillas

avocado

cilantro

lime

Instruktioner

in a large bowl, add all slaw ingredients and toss to combine. preheat air fryer to 400F (or oven). mix together all the seasonings in a small bowl. pat the fish dry and coat each side with a little oil or cooking spray. sprinkle the seasoning on and rub it in. repeat on the other side. air fry for 7-10 mins (depends on the thickness of your fish - adjust time to make sure that the internal temp reads at least 145F). add your tortillas to the air fryer to warm them up. assemble tacos starting with slaw, then pieces of fish, avocado, cilantro and lime juice. enjoy!
