1950': "Lunch Lady" Brownies
1 cup melted butter
12c. cocoa powder
2c. flow-
2c. sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. vanilla
Frosting :
1/4 c of softened butter
1/4 c milk or heavy cream
1/4 c. cocoa
3c. powder sugar
Instruktioner
Mix melted batter I cocoa, Add flour of sugar. Beat together then add eggs d vanilla - mix until just cembined. Batter will be thick. Pour into a parchment lined 13xa. (Grease the parchas Bake 25-30 min until toothpick comes out clean.
Renove from oven el let cool for 15 mins, then Prost. Brownies shauld stll be warm whes frosting,
Beat together. May need a little extra milk. Will be thick.
