Baked Boursin Cheese with Bacon Jam

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 sheet of puff pastry

Boursin Cheese (any flavor!)

Bacon Jam

1 egg (for egg wash)

Garnishes: hot honey, fresh herbs

Instruktioner

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and unroll a thawed sheet of puff pastry (I love @pepperidgefarm). Place your unwrapped @boursincheese round in the middle. Top with bacon jam (or fig jam!) and trim off a bit of excess puff pastry. Wrap the puff pastry around the cheese and pinch the seams together. Brush with egg wash and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with hot honey, garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite crackers! 🥖🧀
