Honey Dijon Garlic Chicken

Ingredienser

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs

6 tablespoons butter

4-5 cloves minced garlic

1/3 cup honey

4 tablespoons dijon mustard (I used the garlic whole grain flavor)

salt & pepper

Instruktioner

Place chicken thighs in a casserole dish and season with some salt and pepper on both sides.

Melt the butter in a small saute pan. Add the garlic and cook for only 30 seconds. Add the honey, Dijon mustard and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to blend and simmer over medium heat for one or two minutes. The sauce will begin to reduce.

Pour the hot glaze evenly over the chicken.

Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.

Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving or rice and or vegetables.
