Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 Â― c flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

Â― tsp salt

Â― c butter, melted

1 c sugar

2 eggs

1 c buttermilk (1 tbsp lemon juice + milk = 1 cup)

1 tbsp vanilla

1 Â― c chocolate chips

Preheat to 425*F. Line muffin tins. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and choc chips.

In large bowl, whisk together butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Slowly add dry ingredients. Scoop into muffin tins. Bake at 425* for 5 mins. Reduce to 375* and bake for 10-12 mins (12 works well).

Makes about 17 muffins.
