Bang Bang Chicken

2 chicken breasts, diced
Salt & pepper
1/3 c cornflour
1 egg
---
2-3 tsp siracha
1/4 (or 1/3) c sweet chilli sauce
1 3/4 tsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
Squeeze of lemon juice
Onion

Mix the sauce ingredients together including a pinch of salt and pepper and set aside. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper then dip into whisked egg then the cornflour. Place in the air fryer, spray and cook on 350F for 6 mins, flip then spray again and cook for a further 6 mins.
Either place the chicken in a bowl, add the sauce so itâs all coated evenly then back in the air fryer for 2-3 mins or spread the sauce over the chicken while itâs in the air fryer! Serve with sliced spring onion and siracha mayo!
