Cheesy Ground Beef Stroganoff Pasta Casserole

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
วิธีทำ
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a casserole dish.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
Fold in the cooked pasta until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Serve hot and enjoy!
