Creamy Bbq Bacon Ranch Chicken Pasta

2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups uncooked rotini or fusilli pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
4 slices bacon, chopped
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup ranch dressing
¼ cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Sear chicken: In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook sliced chicken until golden and cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
Make the sauce: In the skillet, lower heat and whisk together milk, heavy cream, ranch dressing, and BBQ sauce. Stir until combined and heated through.
Add cheese: Stir in shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
Combine: Add pasta, chicken, and half the bacon into the sauce. Toss until well coated.
Serve: Transfer to a bowl or skillet. Top with remaining bacon, BBQ drizzle, and parsley.
