Banana Cake

2 Cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 Cup shortening

2 eggs

1 Cup mashes bananas (3)

3/4 Cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 Cup sugar

วิธีทำ

Mix together and pour into 2 greased round cake pans or one 9x13 cake pan

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
