Basketball Chili

2 pounds of ground beef
2 cans of low sodium beef broth (14.5)
1 (28oz.) can of crushed tomatoes
2 tbs of chili powder
1 tbs of paprika
1 ts of onion powder
1 ts of garlic powder
1 ts of kosher salt
1/4 ts of cayenne pepper
2 heaping tbs of brown sugar (more or less to taste)
* I put all my powders, salt and sugar into a bowl and mix it up well to put in later.
Yöntemler
Cook your ground beef until done and drain grease. Pour in the 2 cans of beef broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Mix in the tomatoes well and bring back to a simmer. Mix in the powder, salt and sugar mix and stir it well. Simmer this for about 1.5 hour stirring occasionally.
