Fried Calamari

Panapesca Calamari Cleaned Whole - 10.6 Oz
Seasoned flour (no black pepper cause it leaves dots)
Salt
Garlic powder
24 oz Olive oil
1 Lemon
Yöntemler
Thaw squid
Cut into tubes
Dust with flour
Add a few drops of water to flour bowl to make some small clumps (for flakey crust)
Add some more flour to separate the flakes
Re-flour squid with new clumpy flour
Fry in small batches

Flour:
Use more salt next time
Heavy on the garlic powder
no white pepper!
They burn really quick!!
