Lee Kum kee sweet soy sauce!

Siracha (used badia but try real huy fong)
Sesame oil
Hellmans Mayo
Sesame seeds
Avocados
Nori

Spicy Salmon
Skin and dice Salmon into a bowl
Rice vinegar (and or mirin)
Pickled Ginger Brine
Soy sauce
Sweet Soy Sauce
Mayo (I prefer Hellmans)
Sriracha
Chili Paste
Sweet Chili Sauce?
Tobiko (next time)
Sushi Rice
1 cup - Sushi Rice
Rinse with cold water in a strainer till clear
1.75 cups water
Into rice cooker
Either:
add some sugar and rice vinegar into water and cook
separately boil light corn syrup (or sugar) and rice vinegar until vinegar boils off and mix in after rice cooks
