4 slices bacon

4 eggs, separated

1 c flour

2 c milk

2 T sugar

1. Cube bacon, place in 8”x12” pan. Put in broiler to brown while mixing batter

2. Beat egg yolks and sugar. Add milk and flour, alternately.

3. Beat egg whites in separate bowl.

4. Fold egg whites into yolk mixture.

5. Pour into hot pant with bacon well browned.

6. Bake at 425° for 30-35 min. Until med-dark brown.

7. Serve immediately with lingonberries or syrup.
