-1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (not pudding in mix)

-1 stick softened butter

1 egg

TOP

1 - 8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

1 lb. or 3-1/2 c. powdered sugar

2 eggs

Combine base ingredients and pat into ungreased 9 × 12-inch baking dish (I prefer glass)

Combine top ingredients and pour this mixture over first, bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes (golden brown). Cool before cutting.

Flax seed does not work as an egg substitute in this.
