250g egg noodles

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add beef strips. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stir for 1 minute until fragrant.

Toss in the red bell pepper and broccoli florets; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Pour the sauce mix over the beef and vegetables, stirring well to combine.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until evenly coated.

Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
