*Spicy Crunchy Chili Beef with Sweet Garlic Sauce*

*Ingredients:*

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp chili paste (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

*Directions:*

1. Toss beef with cornstarch until well coated.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

3. Fry beef in batches until golden and crispy (3-4 minutes per batch).

4. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5. Lower heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

6. Stir in soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, chili paste, and black pepper.

7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

8. Return crispy beef to skillet, tossing to coat in sauce.

9. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if desired).
