IP Sweet Potato Chili

配料

Olive oil

½ - 1 onion, diced

1 – 1.5 lbs ground meat

1 large or 2 small sweet potato, cut into 1” cubes

2 cans diced tomatoes

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2+ T chili powder

1 T cocoa

1 t cinnamon

1 T adobo sauce (optional)

1 c water or broth if stove top

Set instant pot to saute

Brown onion and ground meat in olive oil.

Add remaining ingredients.

Set instant pot to pressure for 8 minutes.

Allow to natural release for at least 10 minutes.

For stovetop, add an additional cup of water or broth as needed. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is an instant pot recipe. Stove top will need more liquid.
