1½ cup Crushed tomatoes
½/ cup Chicken broth
1 Yellow onion Chopped
4 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Yellow curry powder (or a mix of tumric cumin and chili powder)
1 Tbsp Ginger Minced, peeled
¼ tsp Salt
3 Chicken breast Skinned, boned, halved
2½ Cups Heavy cream
步驟
Pre-heat the Inner Pot - Sauté, Normal/Medium.
Then add crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, yellow onion, butter, yellow curry powder, ginger and salt to the Inner Pot. Cook for 2 minutes or until melted while stirring occasionally.
Then add chicken breast to the inner pot. Toss well until coated.
Pressure Cook on High for 15 minutes. When the time is up, carefully quick release the pressure.
Transfer chicken to serving plate, leave the sauce in the pot.
Pre-heat Inner Pot - Sauté, Normal/Medium.
Cook for 4 minutes until simmering.
Then stir heavy cream into the Inner Pot. Cook for 2 minutes until thickened while stirring frequently. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.

I prefer the chicken in cubes
1 can of tomatoes is sufficient
