1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated 🌿

1 tbsp red curry paste 🌶️

3 cups chicken or seafood broth 🍜

1 cup coconut milk 🥥

1/2 lb chicken breast, cooked & shredded 🐓

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined 🦐

1/2 cup asparagus, chopped 🌿

1 tbsp lime juice 🍋

1 tbsp fish sauce (optional) 🐟

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Fresh cilantro & lime wedges for garnish 🌿🍋

Sauté Aromatics: Heat coconut oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking until fragrant. 🧄🧅

Add Flavor Base: Stir in red curry paste and cook for 1 min. Pour in broth and coconut milk, stirring well. 🌶️🥥🍜

Simmer & Cook Proteins: Add shredded chicken and asparagus. Simmer for 5 min. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 min until pink. 🐓🦐🌿
