15 Dry Red Chilly

1 tbsp Fenugreek Seed

½ cup Coriander Seed

½ tsp Cumin Seed

2 tsp Black Pepper

1 ½ tbsp Channa Dal

1 ½ tbsp Urud Dal

2 tbsp Toor Dal

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri Chilly Powder

1 ½ tbsp Asafoetida Powder

5 stem Curry Leaves

步驟

Roast each of them in low heat until it just starts to turn colour and peak of its raw aroma.

Once cool down, powder it in blender.

Masala is ready.
