Sheet Pan Crack Breakfast Casserole

10 frozen hash brown patties

1 lb bacon

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 large eggs

1 cup milk

¼ cup sour cream

1 (1-oz) package ranch dressing mix

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a quarter sheet pan with cooking spray.

Place frozen hash brown patties on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF.

In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Drain excess grease.

Chop bacon and spread over hash brown patties. Top with shredded cheese.

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.

Pour egg mixture over casserole. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes, until the eggs are set.
