4 ½ oz chicken breasts (pounded to ½ inch thickness)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (for marinating Mixture)

1 tsp garlic powder (for marinating Mixture)

1/2 tsp salt (for marinating Mixture)

1/8 tsp pepper (for marinating Mixture)

1/2 tsp dried basil (for marinating Mixture)

1 tsp lemon juice (for marinating Mixture)

2 tbsp butter (for Searing chicken)

1 tbsp olive oil (for Searing chicken)

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/3 cup of ranch dressing (for cheese mixture)

1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (for cheese mixture)

1/2 cup crushed stuffing mix (crushed finely)

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (for bread crumb mixture)

2 tbsp melted butter (for breadcrumb mixture)

步驟

Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or over night for best flavor.

Freshly grate your cheeses for the best results ! So much better than the bagged stuff

Don’t over cook your chicken ! It should be juicy ! Use a meat thermometer if available!

Be sure to leave the oven cracked open when under the broiler, we are just trying to melt the cheese no over cook the chicken

Use hidden valley ranch for best results !
