Becca’s Bangin’ Ribs

1–2 racks ribs
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup apple ader vingar
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp molasses
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 liquid smoke

Rub salt and pepper all over ribs. Then sear them on the bbq grill. That seals in the juices.
Wrap them in tin foil (loosely) and slow cook for at least 5 hours on a roaster pan with a little bit of water and liquid smoke added to the bottom of the pan as long as the meat isn’t touching it. Cook at roughly 375.
One hour before done, combine all the sauce ingredients in one saucepan on the stove and simmer for roughly 25 minutes.
About 30 minutes before ribs are done, rub them with the simmered sauce so they finish cooking in it. Let the remaining sauce stay on low/warm on the stove.
When ribs are done, brush sauce all over them.
