128g Self Raising Flour (Brand: Vetta Smart Self Raising Flour - or any self raising flour. This self raising flour in particular helps increase the protein) If you don’t have self raising flour you can make your own by simply using 128g of plain flour & adding 6 grams of baking powder with salt.

128g Plain Low Fat Greek Yoghurt (Brand: YoPro Plain)

Air fry at 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes (flip half way)

Alternatively you can bake them in the oven but it will take around 10 - 13 minutes, keep an eye on it & make sure to flip once you see the edges starting to brown.

This recipe makes 6 pita breads.

Brands & certain ingredients can be substituted to your own liking if needed.
