Honey Coated Chicken

Ingredience

6 chicken breasts

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 stick margarine (kosher pareve)

114 cup of dijon style mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup honey

1 medium onion, chopped

Pokyny

Brown onion and garlic in olive oil until tender, add to the skillet, margarine, n tard and honey. Bring to a slow boil, stirring while boiling to prevent sticking. for 20 minutes, then dip chicken breasts in sauce to coat.

Place in a shallow baking pan, sprayed with a nonstick spray.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting with remaining honey mixture once during baking.
