Lemon Bars

Ingredience

Powdered sugar

Crust:

1 Cup softened butter

1/2 Cup powdered sugar

dash of salt

2 Cup flour

Filling:

4 eggs, beaten

1/4 Cup flour

2 Cups sugar

6 Tablespoons lemon juice

Pokyny

Combine crust ingredients and mix well

Press mixture into 9x13 cake pan

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until nicely browned

Combine filling ingredients

Pour into slightly cooled crust

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until set

Cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar
