Cold Brew Concentrate

Ingredience

135g Fine ground med/dark roast coffee (John brown in Beehouse grind)

743g water

Pokyny

1. Using the 5.5:1 water to coffee ratio, measure out the ingredients with a gram scale.

2. put the coffee and water into the cold brew maker and let it sit for 28 hours.

3. To make regular 12 oz of cold brew: 3 oz CB concentrate and 7 oz water.

Poznámky

Use the concentrate as an ingredient in other things such as a regular cold brew. Cold brew latte, bay nay nay, etc.
