Tiramisu Cake

Ingredience

Biscotti (Italian ladyfingers)

2 cups espresso

2 tbsp amaretto

Cocoa powder

2 containers whipping cream

1 instant vanilla pudding packet

1/2 cup sugar (v sweet - try 1 tbsp)

250 grams mascarpone cheese

Some milk

Pokyny

Mix espresso and amaretto, dip ladyfingers in and arrange along bottom of pan

Beat cream and add rest of ingredients

Add milk if too dense

Pour half of cream mixture on top of ladyfingers and coat with thin layer of cocoa

Treat for second layer

Cover with tinfoil and refrigerate at least 6 hours
