EASY REFRIED BEAN DIP

Ingredience

1 (15 oz) can refried beans - (or make them fresh)

1 TBSP bacon grease (to melt into beans)

4 oz cream cheese

1/2 cup salsa

1 Tablespoon taco seasoning

1 jalapeno, finely chopped

2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Pokyny

In a saucepan over medium low heat add refried beans, bacon grease and cream cheese. Mix together until smooth.

Pour in the salsa, taco seasoning, and jalapenos and stir until well combined.

As the dip warms through add in the cheddar cheese and let it melt, stirring to combine.

Simmer the dip over medium low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
