Blackstone Gingersnaps

Ingredience

1 1/2 cup shortening

2 cup sugar

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup molasses

4 cup flour

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp cloves

2 tsp ground ginger

Pokyny

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. mix wet ingredients in a mixer until well blended.

3. in a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and gradually add to wet ingredients. Mix well

4. Roll half a teaspoon in hand to form a ball.

5. Bake for 10 mins
