    Parmesan Roasted Zucchini in the Oven

    2 medium zucchini

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    1 large garlic clove (minced)

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Pokyny

    Preheat the oven to 450°F (220°C).

    Cut the zucchinis into 1/2 thick slices.

    In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with the olive oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well to coat the zucchini slices evenly.

    Arrange the zucchini slices on a baking sheet, making sure they are in a single layer for even roasting.

    Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of each zucchini slice.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the zucchinis are golden and the cheese has turned golden. Keep an eye on them to keep them from burning.

    Remove from the oven and serve warm.
