    Almond Flour Pancakes

    Ingredienser

    Dry ingredients:

    1 1/2 c fine blanched almond flour

    1/2 c wheat flour

    2 tsp baking powder

    1 Tbs Psyllium Husk Powder

    1 Tbs Wheat Germ

    1 tsp ground cinnamon

    1/4 tsp nutmeg

    1/2 tsp fine salt

    Wet ingredients:

    3 eggs, ideally at room temperature

    3/4 c any type of milk

    2 Tbs melted butter or coconut oil

    2 Tbs maple syrum

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    Vejledning

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and gently whisk until combined.

    2. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add the remaining wet ingredients and whisk until combined.

    3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, and stir until combined. warm a large skillet over medium-low heat.

    4. Makes a thick batter; add more liquid if you need, but it will likely require a small amount of smoothing when you plop the batter in. Add oil to pan. Cook it.
