Filling:
1 cup diced shrimp
1/2 cup ground pork
1/3 cup shredded wood ear mushrooms
1/3 cup bamboo shoots, cut into small strips
Seasoning:
2 tb soy sauce
2 tb cornstarch
1/2 ts salt
1 ts chicken bouillon powder
1/4 ts white pepper
1 egg
1 tb oil
2 tb water
Dumpling wrappers
Vejledning
Stir filling together. Stir in seasoning to filling, mix vigorously for 1 minute. Refrigerate filling for 3 hours.
Fill dumpling wrappers and seal with oil.
Boil fresh dumplings for 2.5 minutes. Boil frozen dumplings for 3.5 minutes.
