    High Protein Gochujang Tofu

    Ingredienser

    1x 280g block of tofu (tofoo brand)

    2 tbsp corn flour

    Oil spray

    Seasonings: 1/4 tsp each of the following: salt, pepper, paprika

    1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

    1 tbsp gochujang

    1 tbsp dark soya sauce

    1 tbsp sriracha mayo

    1/2 tsp brown sugar

    3 tbsp water

    Spring onions

    Tear your tofu into chunks

    Coat the tofu chunks with corn flour, salt, pepper, paprika and oil spray

    Air fry the tofu until golden and crispy. I air fried mine for 15mins at 180 degrees Celsius

    Meanwhile in a pan spray some oil spray and add the ginger garlic paste, gochujang, dark soya sauce, sriracha mayo, brown sugar, water

    When the sauce starts to bubble add your tofu. If the mixture is a bit dry you can add an extra 1 tbsp of water.

    Sprinkle some spring onion and enjoy hot!
