    Ingredienser

    Beef chuck roast, boneless

    1 cup beef beef broth

    1/2 cup soy sauce

    1/3 cup dark brown sugar

    1 scoop of minced garlic

    2 tbsp all purpose flour

    1 bag of frozen broccoli

    Cooked rice

    Vejledning

Spray your crockpot well and add your sliced chuck roast. I usually cut mine into about 6 chunks.

In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, brown sugar, soy sauce and minced garlic. Add over the beef. Cook on low for 8 hour or high for 6 hours.

30 mins before finished, take 1/2 cup of liquid from the crockpot and whisk together with 2 tbsp of flour. Add back into the crockpot along with the broccoli and finish cooking the remaining 30 minutes, or until broccoli is soft. Pair with cooked white rice!
