    Ingredienser

    2 heaped cups rolled oats

    1 cup runny peanut butter

    1 tsp vanilla essence

    1/2 cup honey/ maple/ alt

    1/4 cup or ~35g protein powder (optional)*

    OR soy protein crisps for protein/crunch

    3 tbsp seeds/ alt (I used a mix)

    Optional ‘add-ins’ for bit of ‘fun’:

    Chocolate chips OR

    Smarties OR

    Dried fruit of choice

    Vejledning

    In a medium mixing bowl combine oats, runny peanut butter, vanilla, honey/maple/alt, protein powder (optional), seeds of choice, and add-ins of choice. Mix until well combined. Please note: opting for now protein powder option please use closer to 2.5 cups of oats or until desired consistency is achieved.

    Roll into balls/ desired servings. Store in refrigerator.

    Serving suggestion (individual portions will vary): I like to pair mine with an additional protein source such as some yoghurt and colour of choice such as a piece of fruit, creating a well-balanced “everyday” snack idea!
