    Sheet Pan Shrimp Oreganata

    Ingredienser

    2lbs jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined, and butterflied

    2Tbsp Dry white wine

    1 Lemon, freshly squeezed and 1 tsp zest

    1/2 tsp kosher salt or sea salt

    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

    1/4 dry oregano

    2 Cloves garlic minced on mocroplane or grater/zester

    6 Tbsp Panko bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

    2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil

    Optional-

    1 Lemon cut into wedges

    Noodles to go with(Banza linguine)

    1 Stick butter

    1/4 cup Olive Oil

    1/4 cup Fresh chopped parsley

    1 Tbsp minced garlic

    1/2 Tbsp black pepper

    1/2 Tbsp Sea Salt

    1/2 Tbsp dried oregano

    1/2 Tbsp dried red pepper

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    Vejledning

    Step 1-Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line sheet pan with foil.

    Step 2- Peel, devein, and butterfly shrimp leaving tails on. (Note: Can use precooked shrimp and skip this step)

    Step 3-Place shrimp in a large bowl and gently toss with wine, lemon juice, salt, crushed red pepper, oregano, and minced garlic. Set aside

    Step 4-In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and 1 Tbsp olive oil.

    Step 5-Add the shrimp to the sheet pan and arrange in a single layer.

    Step 6-Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over each shrimp and drizzle the top with 1 Tbsp olive oil.

    Step 7-In large pot start boiling water. Once boiling add linguine noodles. Cook thoroughly.

    Step 8-Place shrimp in the oven and bake until fully cooked through, about 8 minutes. (If using precooked shrimp cook for 4 minutes)

    Step 9-Broil the shrimp on high for 2 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.

    Step 10-Drain noodles of all excess water and place noodles back into pot on stove over low heat.

    Step 11-Add butter and olive oil. Stir until butter is completely melted.

    Step 12- Add pepper, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, oregano and parmesan cheese to noodle mixture.

    Step 13-Add parsley to noodles and mix thoroughly.

    Step 14-Place noodles in bowl and put shrimp on top.

    Step 15-Optional serve with squeeze of lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
