Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredienser

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup shortening

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp water

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 cup flour

Vejledning

Mix dry and moist ingredients separately, then blend together. Make dough into 1-inch balls. Flatten on cookie sheet with fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 minutes. Top with a Hershey's chocolate kiss if desired.
